Sabudana Panner Kichidi

We need: 2  cups large size sabudana 1 cup panner cut into small pieces 2 cup boiled potatoes 2 chopped tomatoes Grated ginger Curry leaves Cumin seeds Turmeric powder Salt Oil Method: Soak sabudana for two hours after two hours strain it in a strainer on a gas stove take kadhi heat oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds when it  starts cracking add curry leaves add grated ginger and fry it then add tomato,salt,turmeric powder and saute for 5 min on low flame after tomato is fried add potato, paneer and fry it for 5 mins on low flame. Add sabudana and fry for 2 min cover the kadhai and leave it for 2 to 3 mins on low flame. Finally add half lemon juice mix well and off gas stove. Sabudana kichidi is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. Note: 1.You can add green chilli or red chilli powder. 2. You can cook it without tomato. Prepare it at your home and comment me how it's taste .
