I am posting another very simple and quick recipe of odiya kitchen. It's very delicious and healthy. From a 7 month baby to a old person can eat it.Here is the recipe . For making dalma We need: 1/2 cup pigeon pea lentil or toor dal 1/4 raw papaya cut into small pieces 1/2 brinjal cut into small pieces 1/2 carrot cut into small pieces 1/2 radish cut into small pieces 4 Butter beans(sem) cut into small pieces 1/4 cup Green peas Some small soya chunks 1 Chopped tomato 1 Chopped onion 3 chopped green chilli Some crushed garlic cloves Salt as per tast 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon meat masala 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Method: Soak lentil or dal for 1 hour. After one hour wash all veggies and lentil or dal together.
