semolina vermicelli kheer with lots of dry fruits

We need: Semolina or suji-1 cup, vermicelli or semiya -1/2 cup. Sugar as per your requirement Milk - 4 cups Dry fruits Ghee or clarified butter 2 tablespoons Method: On a gas stove heat a pan now add ghee when ghee is heated add semolina, vermicelli and fry till it turns light brown add sugar and fry for 3 mins on medium low flame now add milk and stir it continuously on low flame. When milk dries off the gas stove ( don't dry milk totally) add dry fruits and mix well. Kheer is ready to eat. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot. Note: If you are making it for your kids don't add sugar make a smooth paste of dates with milk and dates and add it instead of sugar. You can add grated coconut in it

Spinach Paratha

We need: Chopped spinach 3 cups Wheat flour 2tsp ajwain 1 tablespoon oil  oil or ghee for  paratha Salt as per taste Method: Wash the chopped spinach 2 times.  on gas stove take a frying pan heat it now add oil in it when oil is heated add chopped spinach and cook for 2 mins on high flame when spinach is soften and it has little water then off gas stove and let it cool down. Now take a serving bowl in that add wheat flour,ajwain,salt,oil and mix well add the cooked spinach and its water and kneed a smooth dough. (Don't use  water first try to make dough if you feel it's hard then add water or sticky then add wheat flour.) Start making medium size balls on the other hand on gas stove heat tawa on medium flame roll out  one ball and make medium size chapatti and cook it on medium flame when chapatti is properly cook from both side add little oil or ghee and cook both  side for 2 min on low flame. Spinach Paratha is ready to eat serve hot  with chutney.
