We oriya love to eat dry fish when I was 11 year old from that age once in a year only once my mom cooked dry fish that was ilishi and dry Prawn and the smell was so hard that it went out of the house and cats were always wait for a chance to enter house and eat that. But in different parts of Odisha cooking style varies. Today I am posting this recipe which I learnt from my house owner. So here we start.
