Cauliflower Curry In Pressure cooker

We need: 1 cauliflower cut into medium piece 1potato cut into long piece 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped Ginger garlic paste Salt as per taste Turmeric powder Cumin powder Coriander powder Meat masala Cumin seeds Oil for cooking Corriander leaves for garnish Method: On a gas stove heat pressure cooker and add oil and let it heat add cumin seeds when it starts cracking add chopped onion to it and fryi till it turns light brown colour now add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder, coriander powder,meat masala n fry in low flame for 1 min add little water to avoid burning of spices add chopped tomato and fry for few seconds add little more water cover it and let the spices cooked properly on low medium flame   When oil starts sperating from spices add cauliflower pieces n potato pieces into it stir  it continuously for 5 min  in low medium flame add 1 bowl water n mix it. Banana Steam Curry

For banana steam curry we need: 1  medium piece banana steam 1 brinjal 1 potato 1 tomato Oil Turmeric powder Pancha putan White musturd seeds Poppy seeds Garlic cloves Salt Method: In a small bowl add 4teaspoon of white musturd seeds,4 teaspoon poppy seeds,garlic cloves and water for half an hour then cut the banana stem in round shape and throw the threads out n chop the round pieces in a bowl add the chopped stem n half teaspoon of salt and leave it for 1 hour. On the other hand  cut the brinjal and potato into small pieces and keep it in water then  in a tea strainer strain the soaked musturd seeds,poppy seed and garlic n make a smooth paste of it. After 1 hour mash the stem with your hand n throw the water come from it. Now  squeeze the stem n keep in another bowl. Now on a gas stove take a pan and  heat oil put the cut potato, brinjal,steam, salt, turmeric powder and saute it then add 1 small bowl water and cover it let it boil on medi
