North Indian Lunch Recipes

I love eating north indian foods because I was in Delhi for 10 years and I am a foodie person and always love to try different states food and in my family my mom,dad,sis all are same. When I go to other states I never order the food I usually love to eat I try foods of that place.  No more chit chat let's start with the recipe. 😋Muli Or Radish Paratha We need: 2 medium size radish/muli washed and grated 1 1/2 cup wheat flour Salt as per your taste 1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon carom seeds/ajwain Oil or ghee for cooking Method: 1. In a bowl add grated muli/radish,wheat flour,salt,turmeric powder,carom seeds/ajwain mix them well and start making dough if water is need then add water as per requirement and make a smooth dough. 2.
