Spinach Paratha





We need:

Chopped spinach
3 cups Wheat flour
2tsp ajwain
1 tablespoon oil
 oil or ghee for  paratha
Salt as per taste

Method:

Wash the chopped spinach 2 times.  on gas stove take a frying pan heat it now add oil in it when oil is heated add chopped spinach and cook for 2 mins on high flame when spinach is soften and it has little water then off gas stove and let it cool down. Now take a serving bowl in that add wheat flour,ajwain,salt,oil and mix well add the cooked spinach and its water and kneed a smooth dough. (Don't use  water first try to make dough if you feel it's hard then add water or sticky then add wheat flour.)

Start making medium size balls on the other hand on gas stove heat tawa on medium flame roll out  one ball and make medium size chapatti and cook it on medium flame when chapatti is properly cook from both side add little oil or ghee and cook both  side for 2 min on low flame.

Spinach Paratha is ready to eat serve hot  with chutney.

Guguni is a famous curry in maximum homes of Odisha it's also found on the street of Odisha  as a street food.
