Home remedies of cold and cough for little ones

As we know all little ones are precious for their parents but when it comes about their health we become more concern and when they are affected by any type of  dieases we are very worried.
Cough and cold makes our babies irritated. But we can prevent it with our home made medicine. These home made things are always available at our home.
And a mother knows better the very beginning symptom of her baby cough n cold.
At that time start this homemade medicine to cure them. I always give this medicine to my daughter but I started it  after 6 months.

7 long Tulsi leaves

A very small piece of ginger
Honey 1 teaspoon

1.Wash the Tulsi leaves, ginger and crush it extract the juice in a tablespoon n warm it then add 1 teaspoon honey into it. Let it cool n then give it to your baby in empty stomach.
If baby has sevior cold then give it two times a day once in morning n once in evening for 3 to 4 days.
I prefer pure honey which i use it's very effective then the honey available in market.
If you don't have Tulsi leaves then give 1 teaspoon of honey every day it's also very effective when I go anywhere I take honey with me and give 1 teaspoon everyday because change of weather and water affect babies most.

For massage:

Musturd oil

Black cumin(kala jeera)

2.Another thing to do heat good quality mustard oil n black cumin( kala jeera) together let it cool little bit ( means warm) now massage it gently on babies feet, leg, hand, palm and back never massage it on chest. This will give relieve to your baby.
My mom used to massage this oil from 1 month because my daughter always suffered from cold n cough.

3. Some mothers don't prefer bath of babies during cold and cough. But I always give bath to my daughter because she feels fresh when she takes bath in normal water (not too cold not too hot).

After these home remedies if your baby is not well then consult pediatrician.
