White mustard poppy seeds paste fish curry(soriso posto diya macha tarkari)
This is a very tasty recipe and very simple too try this at your home you will love it. Here is the recipe.
We need:
4 fish pieces
Turmeric powder as per requirement
Salt as per taste
2 tablespoons white mustard seeds
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
6 big garlic cloves
2 Boiled potatoes cut into long pieces
3 chopped red tomatoes
Mustard oil
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
Soak musturd and poppy seeds in a bowl. Now wash the fish pieces properly add turmeric powder,salt and mix well in a kadhai heat oil and fry the fish pieces on the other hand make a smooth paste of mustard seeds,poppy seeds and garlic after fish is fried properly in the same kadhai heat oil then add the paste,turmeric powder,salt and fry it for 2 min in low flame add chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup water and fry for another 3 mins on low flame let the water dry now add boiled potatoes and cook it in masala for 1 min on medium flame add 1 and 1/2 cup water and bring it to boil on medium flame for 2 mins add fried fish and boil for another 3 mins and your fish curry is ready to eat.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot.
Note:
1.You can use green chillies while making mustard seeds and poppy seeds paste.
2 You can make paste according to your requirement and fish pieces.
