Simple and easy to cook and tasty to eat.
Here is the recipe of cooking aloo(potato) puri and tomato green peas dry curry.

For Making Aloo (Potato) Puri

We need:

3 Boiled potato ( aloo)
2-3 cup wheat flour
1-2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon ajwain seeds
2 teaspoon cumin powder
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying and making dough
Salt as per your taste.

Method:

Take a bowl add boiled Potatoes and mashed them properly now add wheat flour,salt, ajwain seeds,cumin powder, coriander leaves and mix all these add 1 tablespoons oil and start kneading dough don't use water or extra  wheat flour. First kneed it properly if water or wheat flour is needed then only give as per requirement after kneading dough take little oil in your palm and make dough smooth.

Now start making small balls of it on the other hand on gas stove take a frying pan and add 250 ml oil into it let it heat roll out small balls of dough and make small round shape puri (not very thick or not very thin) and start frying slowly on medium high flame.You will see puri  is rising now turn into another side and fry till it becomes little brown colour take it out on a tissue paper fry all the puris like this.


For Making Tomato Green Peas Dry Curry

We need:

5-6 red juicy tomato
1 cup green peas
2 chopped onion
2 chopped green chilli 
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon meat masala
Salt as per your taste
Oil for cooking.
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

On gas stove take a pan add oil when oil is heated add green peas,chopped onion,chopped green chilli, 1/2 teaspoon salt and saute for 2 mins in low flame add tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder,meat masala,salt and fry it on low flame till it dry with covered lid. When water is dry take the lid out and cook it for 2 mins on medium flame
.
Tomato green peas curry is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot puri.

Trying different type of recipes is needed and gives happiness also. so here is my one spinach fish recipe.
