We need :
2 eggplants burnt properly

1 small onion chopped
1 green chilli chopped( optional)
3-4 drops of mustard oil
Salt as per taste
Method:
Take the burnt eggplants and remove the upper burnt portion from it. Now take a bowl mashed the eggplants add chopped onion,oil,salt and green chilli mix them properly.

Baigan ka bharata is ready to eat. Serve with roti
Note:
1.You can add 1 tablespoon of curd in it for more taste.
2. You can avoid mustard oil and use olive oil in it.
