Baby Food At Night 10 Months And Above

When our baby starts growing and we starts giving solid foods like cerelac we starts thinking of giving homemade food but there is always a doubt in every  new moms mind that giving any other food is good and we starts asking to our moms, friends which i was also doing but i think giving food which is available at your home with baby food is not bad. I have also tried many type of food which my mom and mom in law suggested one of them is here i have started giving this to my daughter when she was 10 month old and i am continuing this till now at night its the best food for your babies.

1. Make a dough of atta or wheat flour without salt. Take as small medium size dough now roll out the dough to make roti or chapati now cook it in a hot tawa to make a soft chapati.

2. In a bowl take hot milk make small pieces of chapati and add it now leave it till it cools down now using your grinding jar grind it make a paste and give it to your 10 months to 1 1/2 year baby.

3. But after 1 1/2 year increase its quantity and change the way don't make any paste. With your hand mash it properly and make a paste don't use grinder and give it to your baby it will help your baby for chewing but make the paste smooth till you can make with your hand only.

4. Give sufficient water after dinner to your babies it will help them in digesting the food.

Don't feel any hesitation giving this food to your babies its really helpful during night your baby will not feel hungry i am giving it to my daughter from 10 months. Don't give sugar and wash your hand before preparing baby food. Don't stop giving your milk to your little ones.
