Banana Cake with a flavour of Elichi And Coffee



I have oven but can't make cake in it perfectly so I use pressure cooker to bake cake which I feel very easy to use and I make the batter in mixer grinder jar not in hand blender. So here is the recipe of pressure cooker banana cake.

Ingredients we need :

Maida or refined flour: 11/2 cup
Milk: 11/4 cup
Oil: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1 1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar: 1/2 cup or as per your taste ( I have used big size sugar)
Ripe banana: 2
Elaichi or cardamom powder:1/2 teaspoon
Coffee powder 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped Almond
Chopped cashew nuts
Raisin
Salt 1 cup for baking


Method:

In a juice strainer sift maida ,baking powder, baking soda,coffee powder in a bowl after that take a big grinding jar add milk,oil mixture of maid,baking,powder,baking soda,coffee powder and blend it. Now add banana,sugar,elaichi powder and blend it (If batter becomes dry then add little more milk and blend it). Keep it for 15 mins.

On a gas stove take a 5 litre pressure cooker without whistle add salt and a stand in it heat it for 5 mins on medium flame. On the other hand take a baking tin grease oil in it and sprinkle some dry maida in it now add the batter and beat it so that air comes out.

Add chopped Almond, cashew nuts and raisins on it and bake it for 40 mins in pre heated pressure cooker on low flame with covered lid. After 40 mins switch off the gas and take out the cake from pressure cooker and cool it. When it is cool with the help of a knife take out the cake in a plate .

Banana cake is ready to eat. Cut into pieces and serve as you like.

I have used tea drinking cup for measurement.
