We need:
1/4 Cauliflower cut into small pieces
1/2 brinjal cut into small pieces
1/2 radish cut into small pieces
Some green beans cut into small pieces
Some butter beans cut into small pieces
1 small potato cut into small pieces
1/2 tomato
1 onion chopped
Some garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon curry powder(optional)
Salt as per your taste
Oil for cooking
Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
On a gas stove take a sauce pan or kadhai add water,salt, turmeric powder and boil it when it starts boiling add all the vegetables (except tomato,onion and garlic) now boil all the vegetables when veggies are half cooked add tomato in it.
When vegetables are properly cooked keep it aside now take a frying pan heat oil when oil is heated add cumin seeds and let it crack now add chopped onion and crunched garlic and fry till it turns light brown colour don't fry it excess.
Now add cooked vegetables,cumin powder,curry powder and mix it well using cooking spoon if excess water is in it then cook for few mins. Don't make it dry keep very little water in it.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha.
