A simple Egg Curry.



Sometimes we become irritate of  eating junk foods or different style of food then only a simple curry gives you much more satisfaction.  So today it's a simple egg curry recipe which is cooked in every non veg indian kitchens.

For Egg Curry

We need:
3 boiled eggs
2 medium size potato washed, cut into 4           pieces and boiled
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 onion chopped
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tomato chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon meat masala
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:


1.On a gas stove take a frying pan heat oil in it  on the other hand in a bowl add boiled eggs, boiled potatoes, little bit turmeric powder,salt and mix it  now add the mixed potatoes and eggs in hot oil and cook till golden brown.

2. Take out the fried eggs and potatoes in a plate now in the same frying pan add oil when oil is heated add cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute until it's colour changes to light l golden.

3. After onion is properly cooked add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,salt,meat masala and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.

4. Now add tomatoes and stir well then add little water to avoid burning and cook on low flame till oil separates from masala.

5. After that add fried eggs, potatoes and stir it continuously on low flame for 5 mins then add 1 cup water and cook for 5 mins on low flame.

6. Turn off the gas stove and your delicious egg curry is ready to eat. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha.

Guguni Or Dry Yellow Peas Curry

Guguni is a famous curry in maximum homes of Odisha it's also found on the street of Odisha  as a street food. In Odisha it's way of eating is different at different places. some people love to  eat with plain dosa,idli,upma,puri,paratha, to and some people love to eat with puffed rice( in Oriya it's muri).
