Papaya Banana shake: A Better Option For Mom's Who's Kids Don't Love Papaya.

Mom's are always be the same in every generations always worried about kids food and how they will get proper diet. Sometimes I find difficulty in feeding my daughter right food like today. When she comes from school she needs something to eat.

I told her to eat ripe papaya but she refused then I asked her for shake she became very happy. Then I made this papaya banana shake which she drank happily.

Eating papaya everyday is good for everyone from a seven month baby to a 60 year old person because it helps in digestion, boost immunity and cures constipation.

So it depends upon you how you will eat it, feed your baby and give it to family members.

Because a housewife and a mother knows how to make every impossible thing possible.

I am sharing my way of giving ripe papaya to my daughter. So here we start

For making papaya banana shake

We need:

4 pieces of ripe papaya
1 small banana
1 small glass milk
2 dates
1 elichi (optional)

Method:

In a big grind jar add papaya pieces, banana, milk, dates, elichi and grind it till it becomes smooth. Serve in the style they want to drink.

I served it like that because there is no taste and smell of papaya there is only smell and taste of banana which my daughter loves alot.

Note:

You can add any other fruit with papaya and banana.

Avoid sugar if you have not dates because sugar is not good always and fruits are the natural sweetener so no need of sugar.
