Fried Chicken Roast In My Kitchen On Gas Stove






Hey guys how's all going on. Sorry for very late post but today I have come with something yummy. It's very tasty to eat when I bring chicken for cooking briyani I always bring liver and marinade it with biriyani chicken.

And when I start making briyani I cook liver in pan and it gives a nice aroma and yummy flavour. So today I tried it with chicken pieces. So let's start.

For Making Fried Chicken Roast

We Need

250 gm chicken cut into small pieces
1/2 cup curd
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chicken masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking

Method

1. In a serving bowl take chicken and wash it properly. Take out all the water from it.

2. Now add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chicken masala,curd,salt mix well all cover it and keep in refrigerator for 8 hours.

3. After 8 hours take it out from refrigerator and keep it for 1 hour to make it's temperature normal.

4. After 1 hour on a gas stove take frying pan heat 3 tablespoon oil in it when oil is heated low the flame and add marinade chicken pieces cook for 5 mins on one side then turn chicken and cook for another 5 mins or till it cooked properly.

5. Your fried chicken roast is ready to serve serve hot with chutney.
