Fish Egg Pakoda recipe is a very easy one to make and very tasty to eat. In odia we call it macha bihana Pakudi or bara. I love to eat it with plain dosa we can eat it as a snacks also. Without wasting our time in knowing from me how it tastes let's start it's recipe when you will make it you will know it's mouthwatering flavour.

For Making Fish Egg Pakoda

We need:

Fish Egg- 150 gm
2 Finely chopped onion
2-3 Chopped green chili
Finely chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon cornflour
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Method:

1. In a small bowl take fish egg and wash it properly.

2. Now add cornflour,chopped onion,chopped green chili,chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder,salt with the help of your hand mix it well.

3. On a gas stove  take a frying pan add 100 ml oil and heat it. When oil is heated low the flame now add small quantity of the mixture.

4. Cook it till its colour change to golden then turn another side and cook till  golden colour.

5. Your fish egg pakoda is ready to eat serve hot with chutney or sauce.
