Spinach Fish



Winter gives many types of vegetables and spinach is my fav green leafy vegetable not mine many of us love this green leaf. Trying different type of recipes is needed and gives happiness also. so here is my one spinach fish recipe.





INGREDIENTS :

Spinach : 250 gm (washed and chopped)

Fish fried : 4- 6 pieces

Onion : 2 small (chopped)

Ginger garlic crushed : 2 teaspoon

Tomato : 1 medium size (chopped)

Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon

Roasted cumin powder : 1/4 teaspoon

Cumin seeds :  1\4 teaspoon

Salt as per your taste

Oil for cooking


METHOD:

On a gas stove take a frying pan and heat oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds and let it be cracked then add chopped onion and saute till it turns slightly golden brown colour. Now add crushed ginger garlic, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and fry it till turns light golden brown colour then add chopped tomato and fry it on low flame for few minute add little water and let tomato cook properly. When tomato cooked properly add fried fish and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame. After that add chopped spinach mix well and cook till water dries.

Its ready to eat. Serve hot with roti or paratha and enjoy every bite with this delicious curry.


NOTE :

You can add green chilli in it for more taste.

You can add fish masala, chicken masala, meat masala.
