Home Remedy for loose motion in baby

During loose motion we give many types of medicine to our cuties. But forget about home made medicine which is the first medicine we must try from the first day . This home Remedy is very helpful and I give this to my angel during loose motion. Raw Banana water We need 2 pieces of peel raw banana 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup water Method In a pressure cooker add the peel raw banana pieces,turmeric powder,salt and water pressure cook it till 3 whistle comes. Open the lid and cool the water give it to your kid and after 1/2 hours peel off the banana,mash it and give it to your baby or kid. Oats kichidi

We need : 2 cups oats 1/2 cup washed and chopped beans 1/2 cup fresh green peas Cauliflower washed and cut into small pieces 1 carrot washed and cut into small pieces 1 capsicum washed and cut into small pieces 1 small tomato washed and chopped 1 onion chopped 2 green chilli chopped ( optional) 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt as per taste 1-2 tablespoons of oil Water as per requirement Method On a gas stove take a pan add oil in it. In hot oil add cumin seeds when it starts cracking add chopped green chilli, onion and fry it for few seconds on medium flame. Now add all vegetables into it except tomato and cook it in covered lid for 5 mins on low flame. At the same time on another gas stove take a pan add oats in it and roast it on low flame for 5 mins after 5 mins add chopped tomato,water  cover the lid and boil it when it starts boiling add roasted oats and stir it so that no lumps will form. Aloo Paneer Ki Sukhi Sabji Or Indian Cheese Potato Dry Curry

We need: 250 gm Paneer or Indian cheese cut into pieces 1 Boiled potato cut into piece 1/2 cup fresh green peas 1 tomato chopped Curry leaves (optional) Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder Oil for cooking Salt as per taste Method On a gas take a frying pan heat oil add cumin seeds and curry leaves in hot oil when it starts cracking low the flame now add chopped tomato, turmeric powder,salt, cumin powder and fry it till tomato cook properly after that add boiled potato, green peas and stir it for 3 mins on medium flame Now add 1/4 cup of water and cook on medium low flame with covered lid. When water dries add panner and cook for 3 mins on medium flame. Panner aloo dry curry is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti,naan or paratha.

Spinach Dal

We need : Chopped spinach 1 cup pigeon pea lentil or toor dal  1 tomato chopped 1 onion finely chopped Chopped  garlic Chopped green chilli Turmeric powder Cumin seeds Cumin powder Meat masala Salt Oil. Butter for garnish Method Soak dal or lentil for 1 hour. After one hour  wash lentil or dal properly. Take a pressure cooker add lentil 1 1/2 cup water turmeric powder, salt cover the lid and Cook it till 5-6 whistles come. Now on gas stove take a pan and heat oil in it. when oil is heated add cumin seeds when it starts cracking add chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped tomato,salt and cook for 1-2 mins on low medium flame. Now add cooked dal in it and stir it. Now add spinach,cumin powder,meat masala and stlr it. Cook for 3-4 min on low flame. Spinach Dal is ready to eat. Add butter and  serve with roti or naan.

Decoct or Kadha: A Home Remedy To Treat Cough And Cold In Elder.

Kadha or decoct very helpful at time of  cold. I don't know where my mom comes to know about this but I know it from her. So i always call it's mom's kadha. For making kadha we need: Tulsi leaves Ginger Whole black pepper . Bay leaves Misri or rock candy Ghee Water Method: Take a saucepan on gas stove now add 1 and 1/4 cup water, 2 bay leaves, 7 Tulsi leaves, one small ginger, 5 whole black pepper crushed and Misri( rock candy) for sweetness. Boil it on low flame till it becomes 1 cup. Now strain it using a tea strainer in a cup and final add half teaspoon ghee. Kadha is ready to drink. Take it every day early morning in empty stomach. It really helps in cold. Note: You can use honey instead of Misri or rock candy but after you strain decoct or kadha. Don't try to give it to kids under 10 years.

Mix Vegetables Spinach Curry

A delicious and healthy recipe from my mom's kitchen. So here is the recipe. we need: Chopped spinach 1 potato cut into small pieces 1/2 brinjal cut into small pieces 1 chopped carrot Green peas. 1 small tomato Crushed garlic cloves 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder Salt as per taste Puncha phutan for tadaka Oil for cooking Method: Wash all the veggies and spinach properly. Now on a gas stove take a frying pan add 1 tablespoons oil when oil is heated add all vegetables together,salt, turmeric powder and stir fry for 2 mins in low medium flame. Now add 1/2 cup water and boil all the veggies. When vegetables are properly cooked add chopped spinach, tomato and cook till water dries. When water dries take out the boil vegetables in a bowl. Take another pan and heat oil in it when oil is heated add pancha phutan when it starts cracking add crushed garlic and fry in low flame till it is slight light br...

Fish and vegetable mixture( macha ghanta)

 We need: Fried rohu fish head and tail 1 small cabbage chopped 1 small brinjal cut into pieces 1 small potato cut into pieces 1chopped onion 1 Chopped tomato 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon mustard oil A  pinch of hing or asafetida 2 Teja patta or bay leafs 3 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon corriander powder. Method: Wash the vegetables properly. Now take a pressure cooker and add chopped cabbage, green peas, brinjal pieces, potato pieces, turmeric powder,salt together cover the lid and cook it on gas stove till 4 whistles come after 4 whistle off the gas stove. Now on another gas stove take a frying pan heat it now add oil when oil is heated add asafetida (hing), bay leaf immediately add onion in it and fry it till it turns light brown.
