Fruit Custard : Tasty And Healthy

When it comes in mind about perfect diet chart for our kids fruit is a must thing which we want to give kids everyday. But at the same time we think that they will eat it or not and juice is not the only option for them. We can give that in many ways like I do. Fruit custard is another great option it gives taste and they will eat fruit also. So here is the process of making fruit custard. We need: Some fruits of your choice 250 ml milk 1 1/2 teaspoon custard powder Sugar as per your taste or dates paste Chopped dry fruits 1 cardamom Method: 1. On a gas stove take a saucepan add milk in it high the flame and wait till it starts boiling then low the flame add cardamom and boil it till milk becomes half in quantity. 2. Take a small bowl add little water, custard powder and make a smooth watery paste and keep aside. 3. When milk becomes half in quantity add the custard paste, sugar mix well and boil for 2-3 mins more. Switch of the gas and let it cool...

A simple Egg Curry.

Sometimes we become irritate of  eating junk foods or different style of food then only a simple curry gives you much more satisfaction.  So today it's a simple egg curry recipe which is cooked in every non veg indian kitchens. When I got married i didn't like raw bananas and many more veggies at all and i didn't know cooking also. But slowly I started learning cooking from my mother in law and started eating veggies too. One day she told me to cut small pieces of raw banana skin or peel when I asked why she replied very sweetly for cooking. Homemade food for our babies during summer/ loose motion and vomiting.

I have asked yesterday a question to moms that what food they prefer to give to their kids during loose motion and vomiting but i didn't get my answer. When summer comes many moms become very much worried about their kids because during summer season kids have dehydration problem and due to dehydration they don't eat anything. A big question arises in every new mom's mind that after six months when and how to intorduce milk in their little ones diet? We try many types of substitute of milk when babies become 6 months and above. Why not to intorduce milk with those substitutes? As we all know mother's milk is best for baby. But there are many moms who are working women too and after there babies become six months old they can't feed them properly due to their jobs. And they intorduce substitute in their little ones diet. When a baby become 7 months old you can introduce milk in their diet giving milk 2 to 3 times in a day is not bad for your baby but at first give less amount of milk slowly increase the amount milk. Potato Fry For Kids Tiffin.

I am one of those moms whose daily 6.30 am routine is preapring tiffin for my kid and my daughter is one of those kids who don't prefer repeat of tiffin for her school. So here is a very quick recipe for your kids tiffin box. Ingredients we need for Potato fry 3 boiled potatoes cut into 6 pieces each 1 onion chopped 1/2 small tomato cut into pieces 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon meat masala(optional) 1 teaspoon tomato sauce(optional) salt as per taste Oil for cooking Method. 1. On a gas stove take a pan heat oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds and let it crack. 2.
